Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 cup Brown beech mushroom
1 cup White beech mushroom
1 cup water chestnuts
4 ginger slices
1 garlic clove sliced
1 small section of carrot
½ cup snow peas
1 chili pepper
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
Clean and prepare the beech mushrooms. Slice carrot and the
pepper pepper.
Hit up some oil in wok, add ginger slices and garlic slices
in to stir-fry for around 1 minute. Get green pepper, snow peas and carrot in
to stir fry for 1 minute, then the mushrooms and water chestnuts go in and
quickly stir about another 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce, mix well and serve hot.
Variations
You
can add other vegetables to this stir fry dish. You can also add shrimp or
small pieces of white fish while adding your carrots and chili. Enjoy!
